Steps:-

1. 2 boiled potatoes

2.1/2 cup boiled peas

5.1 green chili chopped

8. Salt to taste

9. 2 tbsp cornflour

10. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1.2 burger buns

6. Mayonnaise
7.Tomato ketchup

Method

Step 1: Make Patty

1. Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
2. Add peas, carrot, onion, chili, spices, and salt.
3. Mix well and add cornflour.
4. Make round patties.
5. Coat patties with breadcrumbs.
6. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2: Toast Buns

1. Cut burger buns into halves.
2. Toast on pan with butter until golden.

 Step 3: Assemble Burger

1. Spread mayo and ketchup on bun.
2. Add lettuce, tomato, onion.
3. Place hot veg patty.
4. Add cheese slice.
5. Cover with top bun.

Ingredients

For Paratha

1. 2 cups wheat flour
2. Water as needed
3. 1 tbsp oil
4. Salt

For Filling

 Paneer / Chicken / Egg / Veggies
1. 1 onion sliced
2. 1 capsicum sliced
3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4. 1 tsp red chili powder
5. 1/2 tsp turmeric
6. 1 tsp garam masala
7. Salt to taste
8. 1 tbsp oil

For Sauce

1. Green chutney
2. Tomato ketchup
3. Mayonnaise (optional)

Method

 Step 1: Make Paratha

Mix flour, salt, oil, and water. Make soft dough. Rest 15 minutes. Roll and cook parathas on pan.

Step 2: Prepare Filling

Heat oil in pan. Add onion and capsicum. Add ginger garlic paste. Add paneer/chicken/egg and spices. Cook well.

 Step 3: Assemble Roll

Place hot paratha on plate. Add chutney and sauce. Put filling in center. Add sliced onion.

 Step 4: Wrap It

Roll tightly in paper or foil.
